The Power of Roots!

In 2025, Mega Help invites the public to dive into the theme “Roots”, a deep reflection on the foundations that sustain our identity, faith, and culture. Roots represent what connects us to our history, our beliefs, and the inner strength that drives us forward. This year, the event celebrates these connections through music, art, and the appreciation of life.

Mega Help is more than a festival — it’s a movement for valuing life, bringing together spirituality, culture, and inclusion. With a focus on gospel music, the event offers an emotional journey and a welcoming environment, supported by volunteers who have personally faced mental health challenges such as depression, self-harm, trauma, abuse, anxiety, and panic disorder. Here, even a single word can make a difference in someone’s life.

The event also features a variety of attractions designed to help you overcome the toughest moments in life, including Musical and Cultural Performances, Inspirational Talks, Workshops, the “Desabafo Corner” (Let It Out Space), the Climb of Overcoming, Competitions, and much more!
