The traditional parent and child race are back!

The Cultural Walkway will receive for the first time the Cartoon Race, and in they 11º edition will reunite all family for fun, running, walking, and dancing.
Beside of the race, the event will have one multiuse arena with activities, games, shows, food trucks, and of course, the meeting with the Cartoon Network characters.

The objective of the race is have fun, cause of that the race is participatory and not focus on competition, so everybody will win a medal!
Will be two races modalities, and the route separate by the age.

– Pair: One adult and one kid.
– Three: One adult and two kids, or two kids and one adult.

– 2KM: 13 and 14 years – maximum duration of 40 minutes
– 1,5 KM: 10 for 12 years – maximum duration of 40 minutes
– 1KM: 7 for 9 years – maximum duration of 40 minutes
– 500M: 4 for 6 years – maximum duration of 25 minutes

Running with responsibility!
Children and adults will run together, always connected by one elastic, but each pair in your time and way. Who doesn’t use the elastic will be disqualified.

Schedule:

• 07 a.m.: Open gates
• 07:40 a.m: Call for the Start and Warm-up of the first race.
• 08 a.m.: Start of the Category for kids with 4, 5 and 6 years.
• 08:10 a.m.: Call for the Start and Warm-up of the second race.
• 08:30 a.m.: Start of the Category for kids with 7, 8 and 9 years.
• 08:55 a.m.: Call for the Start and Warm-up of the third race.
• 09:15 a.m.: Start of the Category for kids with 10, 11 and 12 years.
• 09:40 a.m.: Call for the Start and Warm-up of the fourth race.
• 10 a.m.: Start of the Category for kids with 13 and 14 years.
• 12h p.m.: Closing of the event.
