These are two simultaneous events focused on the food segment for restaurants, bars, pizzerias, snack bars, bakeries, industrial kitchens, and other establishments in the field.   • Pizza Workshop– Exclusive pizzeria at Fispal. Various techniques for producing different styles of pizza are presented. Curated by CTP (Technological Center for the Development of Pizzas and Doughs).
  • Foodtech Connections– The project creates an environment for exchanges and relationships between operators and technology companies for foodservice. Various topics will be presented, from customer relationship solutions to business management tools. Curated by ANR (National Restaurant Association).
  • Management and Knowledge Arena– Content arena dedicated to micro and small entrepreneurs, with current and relevant lectures addressing trends and challenges in the sector.
  • Bread Scent Space– Space for sharing experiences and knowledge for bread lovers! Curated by chef Rogério Shimura and Levain School.
