SKYFIT SUMMIT 2026
Skyfit’s annual convention brings its franchise network together to shape 2027
On November 28, 2026, Distrito Anhembi hosts Skyfit Summit 2026, the annual convention of the Skyfit gym network. The event is closed to the public, takes over Convention Hall 01 at the Convention Center, and gathers franchisees, operating partners, unit managers and the franchisor’s own team, drawn from around 400 units across the country.
Twelve hours of programming, from 8:15 a.m. to 9 p.m., run on a straightforward logic: take stock of the year that is ending before deciding what comes next. The agenda starts with 2026 results and market positioning and works its way down to the shop floor, with the indicators that actually determine each unit’s performance — member acquisition, retention, average ticket and efficiency.
The day also covers product and technology, with updates to the management tools, the app and the member journey; marketing, with the campaign calendar, brand positioning and local activations; and franchisee case studies, in which standout units open up what they did and how to replicate it. The programme closes with awards for the franchisees and units that stood out over the year.
Why attend Skyfit Summit 2026?
It is the one occasion each year when the whole network is in the same room. Here are the highlights:

- Operations and performance: the indicators that move a unit’s results, from member acquisition and retention to average ticket and efficiency;
- Product and technology: updates to the management tools, the app and the member journey;
- Franchisee case studies: units that stood out over the year show what they did and how to replicate it in practice;
