68th STATE CONGRESS OF MUNICIPALITIES
Public management and innovation in São Paulo municipalities
Between April 6 and 8, 2026, Distrito Anhembi hosts the 68th State Congress of Municipalities (CEM), the main political and administrative debate event in Latin America. Organized by the São Paulo Association of Municipalities (APM), the congress brings together mayors, secretaries, and leaders from all over the country to discuss the main themes that mobilize public management.
With more than 200 hours of content and 5 thematic arenas, this year’s edition projects record-breaking attendance, with the expectation of 13,000 participants and representatives from all 645 São Paulo municipalities.
Why strengthen your municipal governance?
